when run setup exchange 2013 get  [ERROR] "dс2.domain.root" isn't a valid SMTP domain.

found old installation exchange in DC.

Delete  with ADSIEdit:
CN=Microsoft Exchange
CN=Microsoft Exchange ... Objects
other path not found

but this not help me..

get error again: [ERROR] "d2.domain.root" isn't a valid SMTP domain.

Where can I find the problem?

What are you starting from?  Do you have an existing Exchange organization?  What version?  What is the domain name?  I assume it's not dc2.do

and they tried to install Exchange (I found an entry in DC I think that the version 2003)

You might consider removing the entire Exchange organization, but I'd be careful in case you have mail-enabled recipients.  Search the Internet for "Remove Exchange Organization" for some tips.
